Kris Nelson talks about shadow work and Fear or LOVE as what motivates you, the fear of sacrifice and choosing slavery over freedom, in the 54th episode of the Great Work Launchpad. What’s holding you back from doing the Great Work of ending our enslavement?

Past evils were removed, like widespread chattle slavery, because action was taken to not let that continue. Or the society collapsed from its own immoral ways, from widespread immorality, so that way of life of allowing outright chattle slavery didn’t continue was an accidental outcome. Abolitionists acted to speak out and work to end chattle slavery in the new world. Modern abolitionists who go further to end the slavery of authority also speak out to end that evil.

The battle/war against evil and immorality needs to first be fought with truth in words, in knowledge, in light, and hopefully avoid a physical battle to push back the hoards of evil, of those who serve evil. The physical battle is always possible, and may be needed to stem the tide of evil, but not desired and doesn’t fix the problem. The only way to fix the problem of evil being created and growing is the causal realm of the mind not being so poisoned as to create it or let it run rampant.

the sacrifice for the great work of ending evil is when the source of your will and actions is from a higher form of love of serving the evolutionary moral force

The ultimate sacrifice for moral preservation or advancement would be your life, but there are lesser sacrifices in the Great Work that are easier and advance the cause of true freedom at a root causal level of moral education. Putting the moral truth out into creation is an act of love, agape, serving agape.

What have you done to morally educate the world? If you got nothing or not much, ask yourself why? Why haven’t you done anything, or why haven’t you done more? What’s holding you back? Why aren’t you growing the dynamic of freedom that you say you want to see?

To take action to grow freedom, you need to develop self-respect and self-love. And that requires doing the shadow work to face yourself, your shortcomings, your failures, make yourself better, get out of apathy, ignorance, cowardice and laziness, into care, knowledge, courage and action. Then you have to employ mental/psychic self-defense to purge the blackpilled nonsense and limiting fear factors that hold you back. You might have a toxic lifestyle that is keeping you lazy and need to defend yourself against those things keeping you down, low energy, lazy, not wanting to do the GW. Then engage in mental self-defense and fight back against the lies, falsity and evil by doing the GW. If you don’t do the shadow work to develop the self-respect/love, you won’t care about yourself enough to do the self-defense. Develop your sense of justice and indignation at injustice to defend and restore justice.

Be honest with where the world is at, where you are at, with what need improving, and have the self-respect/love to care to do something about it, saying no to that evil, then do something to get rid of that evil. Lead an examined life, because an unexamined life is not really worth living (as Socrates is alleged to have said). Moving along in this self-development and activation requires courage at each step. Courage to look at yourself. Courage to work on yourself. Courage to change yourself. Courage to work to end evil.

Change from asking “what can I do”, as if you’re helpless and clueless, and ask “right now, what will I do?”

It’s impossible for humanity to have true freedom so long as humanity remains ignorant of objective morality and natural law. Get the knowledge. Develop the courage. Then teach by creating content.
