– Fears about skill sets:
– Don’t know how to X – skill or technology to write, audio, video, public speaking, organizing
– The excuse of “not achievable”, is a lie to yourself. You are able to learn. It takes time, attention, patience, persistence, practice. But you can learn. If you don’t take the time to learn, then you stay where you are, using excuses to not move forward. Maybe you won’t be doing X as well as someone else, but you can still get to a place where you can use X to do the GW, not keep leaning on it as an excuse.
– Fears about losing worldly attachments:
– Afraid of losing X – relationship, spouse, career, money, house, life
– If you would lose that, would you be losing something real as in genuine, authentic?
– Part of the problem of this fear is not having authentic connections to begin with. Other person not jointly connected to truth, job morally misaligned. E.g. government, police, military job, medical job. You could be doing wrong and don’t want to know or admit it. Shouldn’t be doing it in the first place. But you want to hold onto the falsity and not let go, hold onto immorality, for money, survival, security, for prestige, for whatever.
