Truth Level 1 is that which ‘is’. Whatever exists in our reality, ‘is’, is a being in our reality, and is a part of the truth of our reality. Truth Truth Level 2 is the ultimate Force of Truth, Love, Good, Right, Morality, etc., which ‘is’ as well, but exists beyond the limitations of the material physical reality, and can be referred to as the transcendental being.

You can only be in neutral if you isolate yourself from the existing condition and not input more of the same that exists. Stopping to do evil, taking that input out, is wei wu wei, action through non-action. We then can input positive good that will take effect, rather than be muddled with the continued input of evil we have habitually ignored. Doing good while doing evil doesn’t work out in some magical balance. We have to stop more wrongs than we actually need to do other things. The crumbling away of falsity will show the path to Truth.

In order for Truth to actualize in the aggregate in greater degrees, falsity must be removed. If Evil is present and ignored, Good will be prevented from fulfilling its potential. The removal of Evil is required for the proper, effective, real, lasting manifestation of Goodness we created and added to our lives.
